Does exposure to Anthroposophy create cult victims?

Anthroposophy has been accused of being a cult because of such practices as being a closed system (almost all publications referenced are from Anthroposophical presses and periodicals, all writers refer to Steiner), suppressing critical dialogue (anthroposophical websites and publications heavily screen content), and being exclusive (consensus government, "like it or leave," shunning). But don’t most ideologies do this?

Anthroposophy has also been accused of creating cult victims. This is the more important question for me.

I recently attended an anthroposophy lecture entitled, “The Oceanic, Protoplasmic, Archaic, Pre-Personal Consciousness of the Polarians and the Hyperboreans” by a prominent anthroposophical society lecturer. While I personally was thrilled with the anthroposophical speaker lifting us to new heights by shattering our limits to speculation I did notice some adverse affects upon a few others in the lecture hall as shown in the photo above.
