Eurythmy Video

Our highest endeavor must be to develop free human beings, who are able of themselves to impart purpose and direction to their own lives."

Eurythmy is a performing art also used as a dance therapy and in education, especially in Waldorf schools. It was originated by Rudolf Steiner in the early 20th century. Eurythmy takes its start from the view that all art is the revelation of concealed laws of nature. The experience of the inmost soul is brought forth and unfolds before us in motion, gesture, color and space.

Once the fundamental repertoire is mastered, it can be composed into free artistic expressions.
