Rudolf Steiner indicated that the modern age was the age of the individual and the social order had to change to accommodate this. Steiner indicated that the only hope for the evolutionary development of the world lay in educating children in a new way, hence the phrase "Education towards Freedom". Rudolf Steiner designed a school that will educate children to become free, responsible and active human beings, able to create a just and peaceful society.
