Our Lady of Guadalupe

Violetteris,

This painting is quite lovely and very much reminds me of the original image of our Our Lady of Guadalupe that is in the Basilica of Our Lady Of Guadalupe in Mexico City. I was in Mexico twice over the last couple of years and the first time I went to visit the Basilica was out of curiosity because I had heard and read about Our Lady of Guadalupe, but the second time I went was because I found the image so powerful and moving. When you are standing in front of the image in the Basilica, you realize she is very much of the Sophia reality spoken of by Steiner and others. Your painting captures a lot of the feeling of the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. You can look up her story on the internet and if ever in Mexico City do visit the Basilica. Once you experience the image you can never forget, it is as if she speaks to you.

Best regards,
patri
