thank you for posting this. What little I know of eurhythmy has been in a therapy context. I haven't seen a performance of this kind... looking at it with an untutored eye I was enchanted by the harmony and grace achieved by so many dancers on a relatively small stage, and how they all seemed to form a single whole. Wonderful!
Thanks for this video. I really do appreciate it. I have been doing eurhythmy as an amateur and locally for nearly two decades. I have never seen the Goetheanum version. So many eurhythmists, such a big orchestra! Video of course makes it look a bit pompous and operatic though imo. Never the less great to see. More please.
I must say that I can see a split happening in eurythmy between people out in the sticks who love it in the simplest settings and those in Dornach who can participate in spectacles like this one. Room for all I say.
